Unless I'm reading that wrong, SEO, isn't this ordinance an effort to LIMIT changes being made to the income tax credit?
In other words - this legislation is a good thing: it makes it more difficult for the city to change the income tax credit we currently receive.
The ordinance as amended by poor poor Tony will never pass this council. They may humor him, but they are going to do it their way.
