The Memorial day parade takes place Monday the 31st at 9AM. I propose that we gather on the sidewalk across from City Hall. When Mayor Welo and her taxraising, budget busting cardre pass by, we should all turn our backs to them.
So where do I go/who do I contact to sign the petition?
