I'm very curious to see the city's followup on these questions, especially in light of the problems with the parking garage at University Square across the street, University Height's admission that tax revenues have come nowhere close to what they anticipated, and the shops closing up around the Cedar Center area.
Makes me wonder if/when the Coral project will even get off the ground - or if SE will be stuck with a very expensive bond to repay.
