University Square For Sale

There are many vacancies at the University Square shopping center. This property is in University Heights across the street from Cedar Center. It is not possible to term this development as successful. How will the situation play out at a much more expensive project in South Euclid under the current state of economic affairs?

Hate to say it, but you don't need a crystal ball to see what the fate of Cedar Center will be. When will cities stop such needless over-development? Just think of all the city could purchase with that chunk of change. A road resurfacer may cost several million dollars, but it is more than worth it to keep the city's streets in top-notch condition. Also hire a seasonal street-maintenance crew and a few more full-time policeman. Then you'll have happy AND safe residents.
