Not a soul among the City Council or Mayor’s administration were able to answer questions regarding Cedar Center. President of Council: Nope, he’s got nothing. Apparently the Law Director hasn't got the latest information because he didn’t offer anything. In fact, notice he never lifts his eyes from the desk. Neither does the Clerk of Council who previously proclaimed himself, “administrator for this program.” Well then, surely the Director of Finance or the Building Commissioner would have some kind of report. Can’t help you. Nobody knows anything about Cedar Center. Hmmm… Seems like they don’t want to talk about it.
With the salaries being doled out at City Hall, the public has a right to expect thorough and competent representation, especially when a multi-million dollar project is involved.
South Euclid Oversight has been waiting since February 2008 for a public records request asking for the amount of taxes paid for the tax year 2007 on the Cedar Center properties. Numerous requests and reminders sent to the City have not produced results.
The local media has also left the people high and dry of information as well.

And there is no obligation to keep these fools in public office. We hire them through our vote, so they have EVERY legal obligation to answer our questions.
The bigger question is why public officials WOULDN'T answer questions from citizens. What are they hiding?
Mr. Lograsso should be removed from his position.He is exactly what is wrong with our public officials.He doesn't have to answer
to us???? Only tyrants and dictators don't have to anwer to the people.
Maybe he thinks his job title is
"Omnipotent Ruler of Legal Services." Maybe he would like a coronation ceremony?We could fit him with an extra large crown for his big head.
This is unbelievable!I can't believe he actually said that,and put it in writing.His statement should be printed on the front page of the Sun Messenger.
As I have said before,our elected,and appointed public officials are having a ball at our expense.The audacity of this man.
Sadly, I don't think he is the only
one at City Hall who feels this way.He's the only ignorant one to actually come out and admit that our elected officials don't think they have to answer to us.They seem to think they are high powered
CEO's in private enterprises.
It has gotten to the point that I don't want to watch the news or pick up the Sun Messenger,or even come on this site.It makes me crazy.These people we elect to manage our city can't do what they were elected to do.They want to dabble in real estate,they think they are social engineers and sociologists,they want us all to keep reaching in our pockets and pay for every ambition and imbecilic program they think of.
And when they are done,and ruin our
city they will blame it on us!We didn't give enough,we didn't support our city,we don't care about our kids...on and on.
And they will leave us.We will suffer for their miserable failures.It really makes me crazy.
And then we will elect another power crazed,egotistical bufoon,and repeat the cycle.Until our city is in the same rundown,poverty stricken,crime racked neighborhood as some of our neighboring communities are.
Because of people like Lograsso.
Enough said.I'm going to go get the "duck" tape for my head.Hopefully it will keep the big chunks from splattering all over my living room,when my head explodes.
