Summary would be nice. What is the jist of the post? That they're saying we're 30-60 days from construction, but that's not really the case? That they're stalling? That there is no plan or commitment?
Question: Who is saying that construction will begin in 30-60 days? The city? Coral? Both?
Have building permits been applied for? If not I'm very skeptical of impending construction.
