The Cleveland Plain Dealer hosts local “forums” or community message boards which promotes public discussion on their website, Cleveland.com. Of course, one must take the unfiltered and often unverifiable nature of this forum into consideration. Still, it could be considered a sampling of citizens’ thoughts and opinions.
