City officials wasted more taxpayer money by spending $41,200 on a housing study to determine what types of residential dwellings will be needed in the future.
The results of the study are glaringly similar to the already existing City “Master Plan.” In the video below, Council President Moe Romeo makes an unsuccessful attempt to convince a skeptical citizen that the studies are not the same.
