Am I alone in thinking that candidates for the school board should be able to answer with correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar?

Now that the school board has been elected could they address the alleged gang at Brush High School? Apparently it is called the Polo Klique and involves ninth grade males who may also have mohawk haircuts. I've contacted the assistant principal's office and I'm not sure if they're looking into this. This concerns the safety of all Brush students along with the safety of the entire South Euclid community.

Re: The alleged gang at Brush High.

This is not a gang. It's just some kids who thought it would be fun to get Mohawks. Someone else started calling them the Polo Klique because they wear polo shirts and the name stuck. They are all members of the boys' track team and they're all good kids.

I went to BHS (a looooong time ago) and some of the kids back then had Mohawks. They were trouble makers. The kids are not. But they're getting a bad rap from some because they happen to be black (I happen to be white).
