SEO Update: Ordinance 19-10

Ordinance 19-10 is conspicuously absent from the City Council agenda for this Monday, April 26th. Is it possible that there is a purposeful delay in enacting the tax credit rollback until AFTER the election on May 4th which includes Issue 45 – the road levy?

Here's a link to the city website and the council agenda for April 26, 2010 - (in case of changes).

Can they can a vote on it if it is not on the agenda? Or can the agenda be updated later to include it?

So, what happened with the traffic camera legislation at the meeting? Anything?

RE: traffic camera legislation…it was voted on tonight (4-26-10). It passed 6-0 (Romeo absent)-- Red light camera portion was removed. Now it is speed cameras and school bus cameras. We’ll get that legislation scanned and post it tomorrow. Thanks for paying attention.
