The wording states "improving", "assistance to provide housing", WHAT? There seems to be deceptive language right out of the gate. So let me get this straight and pleas someone correct me if I'm wrong:
-slum landlord get $1.8 million cash from City South Euclid.
-City takes out bond to do that and our future tax receipts go to pay it off.
-additional money is required for demolition? How much?
-what is left is random vacant lots that city owns and maintains.
Someone is making out her and it ain't the taxpayers.
