Aren't they still trying to tell the school board in UH that the whole property is only worth $3 million or something? How can that be if they sold two small parcels for $2 million?

Correction. They sold the two parcels for $3.4 million.

It is sad to think that after the years of financial mismanagement and failed speculation by the current administration, that this is the only opponent that the city can muster.

It would appear, based on his own statements, that Mr. Schonewald's "analysis" is based, at best, on what he himself refers to as "rumor".

If he intends to run the city, it would behoove him to do some actual research and then clearly present cogent findings.

If this is his best critical thinking as a candidate trying to secure votes, it is mind boggling to imagine what kind of incompetence he would bring to the job if actually elected.

He offers absolutely no solution, then shrugs and declares that if you vote for him, "we'll get this taken care of".

He obviously doesn't have the slightest clue as to what "this" really is...

Mr. Schoenewald, do your homework.

This city has been run on dreams, innuendo, rumors and speculation for too long.

The sale to Coral was orders of magnitude worse than your worst estimate.

Yet, you continue to support the equally inept and destructive actions of that same city council regarding the Oakwood rezoning.

I don't get the council, and I sure don't get your argument.
