Along the bank of the Euclid Creek at Anderson and Green Roads. Do you remember what driving past this looked like before City officials encouraged this to happen?

Yeah, I remember what this used to look like...It's the view from my living room window! Now instead of beautiful trees I get to look at an empty wasteland and hear construction equipment going all day long! My kids ask why all of the trees are gone, and I say because, unfortunately, people decided to build new houses there. Then we walk around my great neighborhood and see all kinds of decent houses for sale. It doesn't make any sense!

New development in our area pisses me off. With the rate of foreclosures we could have subsidized leveling some of those houses to put new ones in. One of the few things South Euclid has going for it is green spaces. If we keep cutting those up we will soon have a sad, homogeneous city that no one cares for.
