At What Cost To The Taxpayers?
The Plain Dealer reported on April 15, 2007: "South Euclid-Lyndhurst Superintendent William Zelei also is planning a trip to China. In June, he will join several hundred American educators as they learn about China's education system and culture and establish ties with sister schools and cities. Zelei said the district hopes to offer Chinese at Memorial Junior High and Brush High in fall 2008."- Who will foot this bill for a trip to China?

Do you think he will fly first class or coach? I suppose that next he will be flying to Spain, Germany and France to explore their cultures as well. This is absurd if tax dollars are being spent on this!
I see the main problem here is... 1 hour after he leaves China. He'll want to go back. Is he planning on going alone?
