These properties were blighted?? You bet they are NOW! The only thing even unsightly were the shrubs in front of 4120. Heck, they could have replaced those for a couple hundred bucks. The downright waste is SINFUL.

Sewage backed up into several of those homes 25 years ago.

I can still the antenna I put on 4102.
