Resolution 47-07
Resolution 47-07: Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement for the purchase of property within the City of South Euclid, known as Permanent Parcel No. 702-23-037 & 702-23-038 and appropriating unappropriated funds in the Land Acquisition Fund in an amount not to exceed $32,400.00; and declaring an emergency. --According to the Cuyahoga County Auditor, the current market value for the tax year 2006 for these properties on Telhurst Road are $200.00 each parcel, for a combined total of $400.00. I would not have believed it if I hadn't seen it! There HAS to be more to this story. Somebody's math does not add up.
What property sells for $200 per parcel, regardless of the size or location in this county?
