Why can't the city keep my neighbor off my lawn? We have spoken with our neighbor, 8 years ago when they started driving on the lawn. He owns a commercial vehicle, he landscapes for a living, but destroys our front lawn every single year!! The police think we are a bother when he parks in front of our house, blocking our drive, or when he parks on our front lawn after driving huge deep tire grids into it. Year after year, hundreds of dollars to spare our lawn. Filth from his property blowing into our yard and roof shingles falling into our yard off of the paint peeled garage. What a DUMP!! The Mayor says try the mediator, talk to your neighbors. They do not care to keep up their home inside or out, why would they care about ours. The city does not want to attract or keep young married professionals in the city. The community is aging, no one wants to raise their children here. I was raised here and we cannot wait to sell. How can we? Who wants to buy a house next to the city Trash PIT; a DUMP!! Help! Any ideas how to keep our neighbors from destroying our property and chasing out of the city with their destructive behaviors and nasty disposition? Help!!
