I am curious. Of all the foreclosed homes that the City South Euclid has bought, how many have been re-sold and what was the NET profit from the sales.

Do we have these numbers anywhere ?

I seem to remember the City overpaying a landlord for her multiple houses over near Bluestone.

What is the status of those homes ?

That would be an excellent public records request! Right now with the purchasing of homes to demolish and homes to renovate it is difficult to keep track of what exactly is going on. It appears that bids are being accepted now for rehab contractors. Please see SEO post dated October 24, 2009: "What Criteria Determines "Best"?"

Regarding the homes you refer to near Bluestone, could it be possible that you’re thinking of the Greenvale 9? If that’s the case, all 9 homes were demolished. Please see SEO post dated October 26, 2008: "Greenvale 9 Review"
